Receptionist was extremely rude to me, following this the owner then called to continue to make accusations at me leaving 10 calls in the space of five miniutes. He then started to threaten me with storage charges and other accusations. During the MOT they ran the vehicle out of fuel, then demanded that I come bring fuel to the vehicle and kept threatening me over the phone. Despite this I still asked them to carry out work to get the vehicle to pass the not.nnThis morning, Dean the owner has been shouting down the phone at me. I will be asking the DVLA to appeal this MOT now as I believe the garage has failed it under false pretences following this conversation with this rouge tradernnDo not take your car here if you expect a good quality of service. They will just abuse you and treat you poorly.
