The type of personal information we collect

We don't store or process credit card details, these are submitted to and processed by our nominated payment gateway.

How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

•    Mailing list subscription
•    Reviews

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide you with a service, display and verify your review, fulfil your order and keep you up to date.
We may share some of this information with our analytics partners, mailing couriers, payment gateways and advertising platforms.


If you submit a review, we will publicly display the review title, review text, star rating and your provided display name. We may contact you to validate the review using the email address you provided. Please note that reviews are moderated and we reserve the right to delete the reviews at our discretion. Your reviews can get disapproved for spam, hate speech, swearing, advertising etc.

Your information is securely stored on our website, and on our premises on encrypted backup mediums.
We keep transaction details for 5 years. Data may persist in backups for a longer period where it's not easily separable from other data. We will then dispose of your information by deleting or re-writing the backups.
