Extremely aggressive owner, Andy Mannell. He was unable to discuss the problem or show basic civility, respect or professionalism due to anger issues. Over charged, dishonest. Claimed the car shouldn't have work done that it needs, which made the service cost comparable with others. Once the necessary work was included it was far more expensive. Avoid at all costs, and avoid going there alone.
