Used or opened or damaged goods

If you change your mind, the goods should be returned in their original condition and sealed packaging where applicable. If the goods are returned in used, opened or damaged condition, re-stocking fees may apply up to the value of the order. You may have to pay for postage if you change your mind and we have to send the returned items back to you.

Items received with torn/damaged packaging may incur a re-stocking fee of £10.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty goods

Please contact us first with a description/photo of the fault on [email protected].

We will advise whether repair, replacement, credit or a refund are possible.

Returns Instructions

Please return the goods by tracked and insured courier, or using a pre-paid returns label to the address below.

Please securely pack the returned goods in padded mail bags or boxes. Don't attach mailing labels directly to the product packaging.

Refunds

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
